In August of 2005, a young entrepreneur, Eng. Yoel F. Rivera-Santos, founded Ultimate Solutions Corp. With the vision of becoming the preferred company offering services to the Life Sciences Industry in Puerto Rico. Ultimate Solutions Corp. started operations in Pfizer, Puerto Rico, with five contractors. It’s main goal by the time was to offer integrated packaging solutions to the local industry. Thanks to Ultimate’s expertise, performance, corporate values and proven results, the company gained ground and became a respectable service provider at other companies such as McNeil, Ethicon, Janssen, Stryker, BMS and Amgen.
By 2007, Ultimate Solutions Corp. was offering a variety of services: Serialization, Automation and Integration, Vision and Inspection Solutions, Regulatory Compliance, among others. Ultimate Solutions Corp. signed in 2013 a partnership agreement with Systech International to deliver Serialization Implementation around the world.
In 2015, UPAK Global became Ultimate’s brand protection division to provide Print and Inspect Serialization and Aggregation Machines to comply with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and Falsified Medicine Directive Regulations. One year later, Ultimate brand protection division developed the first machine in the world capable of both serializing and authenticating products and “Made in Puerto Rico”.
Currently, with a staff of more than 130 employees, among them Certified Systech Technicians and Engineers, Ultimate Solutions Corp. is providing services on a global scale with offices in Puerto Rico, United States and Spain. In addition, the range of services is now wider according to the new technologies. Ultimate Solutions is increasingly moving towards Brand Protection, Authentication, Industry 4.0, Blockchain, among others.
In additional, it has its own Training Academy certified by College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico (CIAPR, for its spanish acronym) committed to offer technical curriculums in its facilities and on-line format. Also, Ultimate Solutions has in its facilities the first Systech Training Center in Latin America.
